Q: Order process time
A: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (Eastern Standard Time).
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days, delays may occur during high demand season.
Q: Are all items in stock?
A: No, especially when it comes to configurable items. You will be provided with the standard lead time of your order when it has been processed in the system.
Q: When will I be charged on my Credit Card?
A: You will not be automatically billed to your credit card. The billing process occurs when your order is complete, packed and ready to leave our manufacturer.
