Cadex Defence offers promotional shipping rates on eligible online orders shipped within Canada and the continental United States, subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Free Shipping (≥ $500)

Free standard shipping is available on eligible online orders with a merchandise subtotal of $500 or more, before applicable taxes, transport fees, duties, or other charges.

To qualify:

• The order must be placed through the Cadex Defence online store.
• The order must be placed by an individual consumer for personal use. Dealers, distributors, resellers, commercial accounts, government agencies, law-enforcement agencies, and other institutional customers are not eligible.
• All products included in the order must be purchased at 100% of their regular advertised MSRP. Orders containing any sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, specially priced, or otherwise reduced-price product are not eligible for free shipping. If even one product in the order does not meet this condition, the entire order is ineligible.
• Orders receiving a coupon or any other discount, including the 10% Military Discount, are not eligible. Customers eligible for the Military Discount cannot combine it with this shipping offer.
• The order must qualify for standard ground shipping.
• All products included in the order must otherwise be eligible under this Shipping Policy.

2. $20 Flat-Rate Shipping (< $500)

Eligible online orders with a merchandise subtotal under $500, before applicable taxes, transport fees, duties, or other charges, qualify for a $20 flat-rate standard shipping charge.

To qualify:

• The order must be placed through the Cadex Defence online store.
• The order must be placed by an individual consumer for personal use. Dealers, distributors, resellers, commercial accounts, government agencies, law-enforcement agencies, and other institutional customers are not eligible.
• All products included in the order must be purchased at 100% of their regular advertised MSRP. Orders containing any sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, specially priced, or otherwise reduced-price product are not eligible for the $20 flat-rate shipping program. If even one product in the order does not meet this condition, the entire order is ineligible.
• Orders receiving a coupon or any other discount, including the 10% Military Discount, are not eligible. Customers eligible for the Military Discount cannot combine it with this shipping offer.
• The order must qualify for standard ground shipping.
• All products included in the order must otherwise be eligible under this Shipping Policy.

3. Shipping Method

Free shipping and $20 flat-rate shipping apply to standard ground shipping only.

Cadex Defence reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping service used for orders qualifying for promotional shipping rates.

Priority, express, expedited shipping, special handling, or other upgraded shipping services are not included and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Exclusions and Exceptional Freight Charges

The free shipping and $20 flat-rate shipping programs do not cover additional or exceptional freight charges associated with:

• Products specifically identified by Cadex Defence as excluded from the shipping promotion. Excluded products include suppressors, hard cases, foams, rifles, actions, barreled actions.
• Ammunition and reloading components.
• Oversized or overweight products requiring additional freight or special handling.
• Orders shipped to remote or difficult-to-service areas where additional carrier charges apply.
• Orders subject to carrier surcharges or other exceptional transportation costs.
• Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Prince Edward Island.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO destinations.
• Any other destination where standard ground shipping is unavailable or where exceptional freight charges apply.

Orders containing sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, specially priced, or otherwise reduced-price products are not eligible for either promotional shipping program. The presence of one such product makes the entire order ineligible. The same applies when a coupon or other discount, including the 10% Military Discount, applies to the order.

Where an order is otherwise eligible but additional freight charges apply because of its size, weight, destination, carrier requirements, or other shipping circumstances, Cadex Defence may still ship the order provided that the customer agrees to pay the applicable additional freight charges.

5. Additional Freight Charges

If an otherwise eligible order is subject to additional freight charges, Cadex Defence will contact the customer before processing the order for shipment.

The customer will be informed of the additional shipping cost and will have the opportunity to approve the charge before the order is processed for shipment.

If the customer does not wish to accept the additional shipping charges, the order may be cancelled prior to shipment.

6. U.S. Duties and Import Charges

For shipments to the continental United States, any applicable customs charges, duties, taxes, import fees, or other government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise specifically stated by Cadex Defence.

These charges are separate from Cadex Defence’s free shipping and $20 flat-rate shipping programs and are not included in the promotional shipping rate.

7. Compliance

All orders and shipments remain subject to applicable Canadian and U.S. laws, regulations, export requirements, import requirements, and any other applicable legal or regulatory restrictions.

Cadex Defence reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order that cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the requested destination.

8. Reservation of Rights

Cadex Defence reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this shipping program at any time and without prior notice.

Cadex Defence also reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any order, product, or destination under this Shipping Policy.

9. International Orders

This promotional shipping program applies only to eligible shipments within Canada and the continental United States, subject to the exclusions and conditions listed above.

International orders and shipments to destinations outside these areas are not eligible for free shipping or the $20 flat-rate shipping program.
